CAREY STONE is a Martial Artist with over 35 years experience! He specializes in providing you with tailored instruction either in a one-on-one setting or in a group environment.

His focus is to foster an environment that  balances instruction and skill development with fun. This way you, the student, are able to concentrate on the mental and physical aspects of Martial Arts which, emphasize principals of health, self-discipline, and non-violence.

Carey also encourages every member to treat ALL with respect and courtesy. Nevertheless, all sensitive or personal issues will be handle with the utmost diplomacy and discretion.

LESLEY STONE possess a third-level Black Sash in Kung Fu and has been practicing Martial Arts for in excess of 25+ years – and counting! She specializes in relaxation techniques which she can conduct either in a one-on-one setting or in a group environment.

Also Lesley truly Believes the chi kung; energy work, that we practice through Kung fu compliments her Reiki and enhances the ability to move & store energy.

Ryan Penn

Sensei

Sensei Ryan started training in Martial Arts at the age of 13 in Chito Ryu Karate. He has trained at Twin Dragons Kung Fu  and at University in Hap Ki Do. In 2004 he began dedicated training with Sensei Randy Horton and Shihan Ric Cameron of Cabbagetown Budokan in Toronto, Ontario.

In 2010 Ryan  began training with Sensei Mike Mason and the late Sensei Murray Melville. He currently holds a 6th degree black belt (Rokudan) in Goshin Aikijujitsu and instructs at Willowtree Martial Arts.  He is also an instructor and trains with Dr. Mike Mandel and Adam Sutherland at The School of British Jiu Jitsu.
